The hotel, open all year round (it closes only in November), presents parking facilities and lifts; its 46 rooms (including 10 single rooms and 5 two-room solutions) are comfortable and well equipped (air conditioning, tv, direct dial telephone, safe, wireless internet connection).

Every day, a small van reaches the centre of Loano and/or Pietra Ligure; once a week, entertainment and theme nights.
On Sunday, the Holy Mass is celebrated in the hotel chapel. Excursions to Genoa, Toirano, Savona, Noli and Verezzi can be arranged.
